AMERİCAN BUSİNESSMAN KYLE INAN AND DEMOCRATİC STRATEGİST KEİTH BRANNUM UNİTE TO BOOST VOTER TURNOUT AMONGST EXPATS İN TURKEY

In a groundbreaking effort to strengthen the Democrats Abroad base in Turkey, American businessman Mr. Kyle Inan and Democratic strategist Mr. Keith Brannum convened on August 3rd, 2023, in the vibrant city of Izmir. Their mission: to rally Democrats living across Turkiye and amplify their impact through active participation in the U.S. electoral process.

The significance of every vote resonates strongly, transcending borders and manifesting even in the heart of Turkey. The 2020 elections witnessed a mere 3% voter turnout out of a potential 25,000 voters. This seemingly small margin held the potential to sway outcomes in crucial races across the United States, a fact underscored by the narrow victory of Lauren Boebert, whose race was ultimately decided by a margin of fewer than 1,000 votes.

Recognizing the immense potential for change that resides within the American expat community in Turkey, Inan and Brannum are determined to rewrite the narrative come 2024. Their collaborative efforts aim to mobilize expatriate voters, galvanizing them to cast their ballots and make a resounding impact on the political landscape.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Inan emphasized, "Our goal is to bridge the geographical divide and empower Democrats in Turkey to be active participants in shaping the future of our home country. The power of our collective voice and votes can extend beyond borders and reverberate back to the United States."

Mr. Brannum echoed this sentiment, highlighting the importance of a unified expat community, stating, "We have an opportunity to demonstrate the strength of our democracy, regardless of where we reside. By banding together, we can drive change and influence outcomes, ensuring that our voices are heard."

The meeting in Izmir marked the inception of a multifaceted strategy designed to engage, inform, and energize the expat community. Plans include voter education drives, town hall discussions, and collaborative initiatives with local organizations to empower Democrats living in Turkey.

As the 2024 elections draw nearer, the partnership between Mr. Kyle Inan and Mr. Keith Brannum promises to usher in a new era of civic engagement, propelling Democrats in Turkey to seize their role in shaping the future of the United States through the power of the ballot box. Every vote indeed counts, and with this endeavor, the American expat community in Turkey is poised to make their voices resonate louder than ever before.
